# Sprint 61 Plan: Continuous Matrix Certification Pipeline

## Context

|
After full-matrix release, quality must be continuously re-proven as adapters,
|
|
runtimes, and policies evolve. Sprint 61 operationalizes continuous certification.
|
|
|
|

## Goals

1. Run scheduled certification jobs across supported language pairs
|
|
2. Detect certification regressions early with pair-level blast radius reports
|
|
3. Version and archive certification evidence bundles
|
|
4. Block unstable pair promotions automatically
