Sprint 95 Plan: Human Factors and Review Ergonomics at Scale

Context

Program throughput is increasingly constrained by reviewer attention and cognitive load. Sprint 95 optimizes review ergonomics and decision quality.


Goals

  1. Reduce reviewer cognitive load while preserving rigor
  2. Improve triage precision for high-risk changes
  3. Measure and optimize review latency/consistency
  4. Prevent reviewer fatigue-driven quality regressions
