Sprint 60 Plan: Language Graduation and Full-Matrix Release
Context
Sprint 60 is the graduation sprint: finalize support tiers across all onboarded families, publish compatibility matrix, and ship full-matrix release criteria.
Goals
- Run matrix-wide acceptance across all language families
- Promote qualified pairs to Stable tier
- Publish official support matrix and known limitations
- Lock release process for future language additions
