Sprint 59 Plan: Human-in-the-Loop Porting Workspace and Governance

Context

As language count rises, review workflow quality determines practical adoption. Sprint 59 strengthens human governance for ambiguous/high-risk transformations.


Goals

  1. Provide first-class review UX for semantic ambiguities and waivers
  2. Add policy packs per organization/team
  3. Track decision history for reproducibility and model improvement
  4. Close loop between reviewer decisions and adapter policies

Governance Rule

  • Every blocked/waived gate must have attributable reviewer rationale.
