Sprint 99 Plan: Program Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity

Context

Program maturity requires continuity under disruption. Sprint 99 formalizes resilience and disaster recovery across transpilation operations.

Goals

Define continuity requirements for transpilation services
Add backup/restore and failover runbooks for key artifacts
Validate recovery objectives through regular drills
Maintain certification and governance continuity after incidents

Steps

Step 1219: Resilience and continuity requirements model (12 tests)

Step 1220: Artifact backup/restore integrity workflows (10 tests)

Step 1221: Failover orchestration policy model (10 tests)

Step 1222: Recovery objective tracker (`RTO`, `RPO`) integration (10 tests)

Step 1223: Continuity drill framework and scoring (10 tests)

Step 1224: Post-incident continuity audit report model (8 tests)

Step 1225: `whetstone_run_continuity_drill` MCP tool (8 tests)

Step 1226: `whetstone_get_recovery_readiness` MCP tool (8 tests)

Step 1227: Resilience operations report artifact (8 tests)

Step 1228: Sprint 99 integration summary + regression (8 tests)

Continuity Rule

Critical governance and certification data must meet configured RPO targets.
