Sprint 76 Plan: HPC and Scientific Computing Semantics Pack

Context

HPC/scientific workloads require numerical stability and performance fidelity. Sprint 76 adds numerical and parallel-compute semantics and gates.


Goals

  1. Model numerical stability and precision semantics
  2. Preserve parallel compute intent and data partitioning behavior
  3. Add scientific reproducibility checks to migration contracts
  4. Support HPC-target optimization profiles with safety guards

Step 998: Sprint 76 integration summary + regression (8 tests)

  • Numerically unstable projections cannot promote above Beta without waivers.
