Sprint 190 Plan: Capability-Gap Executable Handoff II

Context

Sprint 185 starts executable handoff; full end-to-end closure still pending.

Goals

1. Emit validation-level executable debug-loop plan
2. Keep queue/validation plan fingerprints aligned
3. Add plan schema tests

Steps

Step 1989: Validation capability gap call-plan packet (10 tests)

Emit deterministic capability_gap_call_plan at report level.

Step 1990: Queue/validation fingerprint convergence (10 tests)

Guarantee matching fingerprints for identical plan payloads.

Step 1991: Call-plan schema guardrail (8 tests)

Validate call-plan structure before emission.

Step 1992: Remediation routing compatibility checks (8 tests)

Ensure next-action hints and call-plan profiles do not diverge.

Step 1993: Sprint 190 Integration Summary (8 tests)

Add editor/src/Sprint190IntegrationSummary.h.
