## Objective
Build a loader from object storage to warehouse with schema evolution and retry checkpoints.

## Language & Library Constraints
- Primary language: java
- Available libraries: spring-boot, jackson, jooq, flyway
- Use library APIs explicitly where suitable in execution contracts.

## Acceptance
- Deterministic taskitems with strict execution contracts.
- Include selected library and preferred APIs when applicable.
